The Schilke Eb soprano cornet with berylium bell is regarded as the definitive soprano in the world due to its uniformity in intonation and timbre.  It allows a greater sense of security and ease in the upper register when performing the virtuosic demands in a brass band. 

  • The beryllium bell option gives a quicker response and improved projection. When compared to the standard Schilke bell the sound is brighter, however it is softer and therefore a little easier to dent.
