The newly refined Altus A12 supersedes the Altus 1207; a highly popular instrument for the advanced player. The A12 is equipped with a redesigned headjoint which allows players of all levels to explore a wide tonal palette. It also features the newly evolved "Altus scale", and carefully calculated and precisely tuned harmonics. This flute is full of colourful overtones, and enables exploration of tone and musical expression for advanced players.
