I have been playing on Van Doren and Meyer mouthpieces for several years but wanted a fuller warmer sound... and this is it. It is a really responsive mouthpiece and very steady from top to bottom of the instrument. AQ friend using Otto Link found it harder to play, (although she still intends to buy one)but I found the opposite. I think it took me about 5 minutes to know I had to buy it. JC
