Secondhand Leblanc Noblet Plateau Model 45 Bb Clarinet

Suitable for

This Leblanc Noblet Plateau model 45 B^b clarinet is the ideal choice for the player with smaller hands or medical conditions such as arthritis as it removes the obstacle of having to cover the open tone holes.

The model 45 was considered Leblanc's upper intermediate clarinet and is comparable with the modern Buffet E13 clarinets. The age of this clarinet is unknown but it is in excellent condition.

This clarinet continued to be manufactured by Leblanc right up until they ceased manufacture in 2009. It was described by them as "specifically designed for the younger player, doubler or even the arthritic player who may have difficulty covering the standard open-tone-hole".

Wear & Tear Observations: There are no cracks or repairs to the wooden body, and the silver plating is in very good condition, showing minimal signs of use.

The Noblet markings are fully visible and this clarinet is in excellent condition for its age.

This Plateau Noblet B^b clarinet comes in a new JP single clarinet case with shoulder straps.

A Noblet mouthpiece is included along with a ligature and cap. I would recommend purchasing a pullthrough and cork grease alongside this clarinet.
