The leather pads are of a high quality for a perfect closure with double coating that allows a long duration ( 6-8 years) of their life. The mechanics of the instrument are silverplated. This instrument is made from 100% “Grenadilla Ebony quality” (Mozambique) or “Rosewood” (South American) which has a reduced possibility of fissures or cracks in the wood.
