A Brief History of Howarth

Howarth of London are internationally known wind instrument specialists, most famous for their oboes. Despite producing their first oboe in 1948, the Howarth name can be traced back to wind instrument making in the 1870s. They are now the last major woodwind manufacturer with a UK based factory.
