COVID: A change in shop practices UPDATED
With the virus spreading we have now made the decision to close the shop to the public. We will continue to offer mail-order via the website.
We are working with a skeleton staff and will be contactable 10-4 Monday to Friday only.
Please be advised our waiting times maybe a little longer than normal however we are still shipping and processing orders.
John Packer Ltd are committed to maintaining the highest level of customer service during this time of unknown, worry, fear and isolation surrounding COVID-19. We are aware of the turbulent circumstances we are all facing and have taken extra steps to ensure your safety, good health and well being.
All incoming repairs and used instruments will be quarantined upon arrival for 72 hours before they are touched by our staff. Whilst all used instruments and repairs will be disinfected before they are returned we strongly advise all customers to follow the same protocols and quarantine procedures.
Instruments and mouthpieces can be sent approval. Contact us for details. The same procedures will be in place for quarantine should they be returned.
We are able to offer face to face contact on skype via: Sales John Packer. (Message us via Skype, and we will call you back).
