All instrument purchases are dispatched using a 24hr courier and all accessories are dispatched using first class post. * We hope that (unless the delivery period spans a weekend) you always receive your order on the following working day. All mail order requires pre payment by credit/debit card or cheque.

Mail order - ALL Reeds are sent postage FREE.**

Postage charges for other goods are clearly indicated in the shopping cart/check out stage of a transaction.

*Please note that our standard delivery times and charges apply to mainland Britain excluding the Scottish Highlands. Standard courier deliveries are Monday to Friday. Timed or Saturday delivery is available, but there is a surcharge for these services.

** Only applies to reed only orders and reeds are only sold in their standard packs. Any orders for mixed reeds and other goods will incur our standard charge.
