Delivery Information
Every effort is made to operate a next day delivery service. Accessory orders made before 9am will generally be dispatched the same day if the stock is available. After 9am, it will be processed the next day (excluding weekends).
Customers will be advised if the item they have ordered is out of stock, and be offered an alternative where appropriate. During busy times it may not always be possible to get orders out the same day. We will always to our very best to achieve this.
Delivery on accessories is charged on a tier system, as demonstrated below:

Delivery on reeds is free, however, orders for both reeds and non-reed accessories will incur postage. The postage charge will be based on the value of the non-reed items, and not include the value of the reeds.
Instruments are sent via UK Mail and a signature will be required on delivery. Please ensure you provide us with a suitable delivery address. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm. Please note we cannot guarantee a time slot for delivery.
Standard size instruments (flutes, trumpets etc) cost £10 delivery, bulkier instruments (eg. tubas) cost £35.
Instruments should be checked as soon as possible for transit damage. Please inform us immediately if any damage is apparent.
If the goods you receive are faulty please return them to us in their original condition within seven days and we will either repair or replace them, or refund the cost of the goods. If the goods you receive are not what you ordered, please return them to us in their original condition within seven days and we will either replace them with the correct items, or refund the cost of the goods and carriage.
In addition to the above, you may in most cases return any goods within seven working days of receipt without giving any reason. Postage in these instances is non-refundable and the goods must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to make a fair and reasonable charge if either the goods or packaging are damaged in any way.
Please call us before returning any goods.
If you choose to return any goods you must ensure that the goods are properly packaged and sent at your cost by a secure carrier: it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to ensure that they reach us undamaged. They must be accompanied by your contact details and order number (web orders only).
If you do not pay for the cost of return then we may deduct the cost of retrieving the goods from any refund due to you in respect of the order. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for all returns.
If a refund is due to you it will be made expeditiously and within 30 days.
