  • The Sovereign BE967 euphonium is the standard large bore instrument of the brass band world. • This is an elegant romantic instrument. Its clear centred high register allows you the player freedom to "sing" through the instrument.

Sovereign 967

The Sovereign 967 is a superb instrument. It is very easy to play as it is free flowing and produces a rich, full and rounded sound. The valve action is superb with a very free action that is superbly responsive allowing fast and intricate passages to be played without the problem of valve lag that happens in poorer quality instruments. The build quality and finish are superb and the attention to detail such as corking on the rear of the water keys to prevent the key coming into contact with the instrument when used is outstanding.
Yes, this is an expensive instrument but you get what you pay for and this instrument is very high quality and easily justifies its price.
